Xpertech was highly recommended as the best car repair facility in Englewood. Jaimie was my connection with the garage. I was so impressed by her incredible personal service and professionalism! She was unbelievable! Her customer service skills are exceptional. I would highly recommend their services. I wish I could transport them to the East Coast!
Brought my car, an MKZ, in at 8am. I knew the right rear brake was in need of repair. They first called to let me know the price. Only slightly higher than average. The car would be ready first thing the next day. But then, Xpertech went above and beyond, and got the car finished by 2pm the same day. Really impressed with the total customer service experience.
