We were referred to Xpert Restoration by AllState Insurance, following a fire in our apartment building. We have received excellent service from everyone at Xpert, particularly Jeff, Casey and Jenna. They have been courteous, responsive, prompt, patient, thorough, attentive and very hard working. We would highly recommend Xpert Restoration.

We worked with Xpert Restoration over the course of a week due to a pretty significant water leak situation that affected many rooms in the house. The project manager showed up the same day we called to start the long investigation and documentation process. The rest of the crew members appeared late that evening to start setting up the initial drying equipment. Service was excellent. Both gentlemen were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Anthony was readily available to take our calls when needed. We felt as if our home was in good hands as we navigated unexpected water damage. Would highly recommend to others.
