We just got Xpert Flood control installed after flooding twice this summer on the southwest side of Chicago. Although it hasn’t been tested yet with heavy rain, I will say the xpert flood control team are very professional and seem to really care about their work. Miguel was extremely nice and informative with everything he was doing and when they finished they left everything how it was before. Had Xpert Flood Control install their One Double Gate Preventer Plus System and a T-Drain by our basement back door in early 2024, great experience working with them, informative and professional. Also, had one annual service so far and all good. We're now enjoying our dry basement after years of being anxious every time it rained hard. Definitely recommend Xpert Flood Control.

The good folk at Xpert Flood Control adroitly and professionally repaired a sewer tile problem in the parkway in front of our 130 year-old Chicago Bungalow in Albany Park and saved a 150 year old Sycamore tree in the process. They literally had to hand-dig around a 3 x 5 foot tree root. The repair job will probably last another 130 years - maybe more! And, the clean-up job was fantastic. We will not ever hesitate to call them for any other relevant need.
