Xpert was very quick to respond to our sewer back-up issue. Sean was very friendly and clearly very knowledgeable - I like a technician who talks and walks you through what they see happening and the work they're performing. They brought in a team to resolve our issue quickly and under the time they projected the project would take. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Helpful and informative meeting
We just got Xpert Flood control installed after flooding twice this summer on the southwest side of Chicago. Although it hasn’t been tested yet with heavy rain, I will say the xpert flood control team are very professional and seem to really care about their work. Miguel was extremely nice and informative with everything he was doing and when they finished they left everything how it was before. Great service & employees. Patrick & Sean were both very helpful explaining the work needed & how the the job would be done plus they were upfront on the costs & very honest. I would highly recommend this Company & have been using them for years.
