I have been trying to file lawsuit paperwork to this business for shabby concrete work; however, the last two mailings have not been delivered. They did receive my Letter of Demand, which tipped them off that they were being sued. Since then, they have been refusing certified mail as well as the sheriff's delivery. So let me explain somebasic concrete fundamentals when you pour a new concrete slab there will always be a possibility of shrinkage cracks that could appear after the concrete has been finished even within hours of concrete curing. Everything went great until the final payment was made. The concrete job itself was decent, but we had a 2 foot or more drop off to our grass. They kept saying that they would come back out and put dirt up to the level of the concrete and have ghosted me. DO NOT PAY UNTIL THE JOB IS DONE.

We had them build a cover over our patio. We paid 1/2 down when they started and when they were almost done (all that was left to do was stain and seal the concrete) we paid them the remaining balance. They were suppose to come back out to finish it. Once they had all our money they were not eager to finish. They did not show up when they said they would. They didn't return calls.
