After talking to the owner and figuring out that the software was causing problems, we got everything taken care of, My jeep looks fantastic and im very happy with their service 10/10 would recommend and i will be using them again

Got ahold of Xpert to clean our Tacoma and the did a very poor job.. was in contact with Bryce and sent pics of the overspray on the windows and trash in the cup holders.. he told me they’d have someone come back out and it didn’t happen… this went on for about 2 weeks and then got ahold of Bryce and said they refund me 20% of the cost I paid and still nothing.. haven’t heard back and can’t seem to get ahold of anyone.. very unsatisfied and wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a “Professional” detail.. left a good tip as... read more
I was disappointed in the service provided by JDM . I reached out asking for hard water spots to be removed and they ensured me they could do that. A young man showed up and within minutes stated he had to go get something else to try. Upon his return I watched as he was unable to remove them. He then told me that he wouldn’t charge me and that he was sorry he couldn’t help. I told him I was happy to pay for the short time he spent. He rinsed off the car and left.
