Nancy was super professional and nice on the phone with me. When ian showed up on time and with a smile I new I was in good hands. While ian was working he was always laughing. The end result was fantastic. My tub looked brand new. I'm so pleased.
Steven came by and did a repair and color match on my bathtub same day service. You could not tell the damage was there and I'm very happy with the result. Highly recommended
Steve was here three time to fill the side mount faucet holes in my jacuzzi tub. The inside was left feeling like 80 grit sandpaper. The repair was decent but the finish inside the tub was terrible. He tried fixing it twice now and it's gotten worse and worse each time. The costumer service via nancy has been good. But that doesn't fix my bathtub. I had a couple of cracks on my tub patched on Friday, April 11. The good: Nancy was super nice and very responsive when setting everything up. She was also patient and answered all my questions—mostly about lingering fumes, since I have pet birds who are extremely sensitive to chemicals. The technician came out beforehand to assess the work and provide a quote, which I appreciated. On the day of the job, the technician was chill and easy to work with, which always makes a difference.
