Working with this company has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing service experiences we’ve ever had. We hired them to refinish our tub but were never informed it would end up a different colour. We were supposed to receive a prep/information package but never did. Because of this, and the negligence of the technician, the entire upstairs was coated in dust and residue. Furniture, electronics, and mirrors were permanently damaged.
