My boyfriend got locked up and my car got impounded using this company and they stole my house keys off my key ring all I know is if they break into my house I’m SUING BIGGGGG TIME! They didn’t mess up my brand new 2025 vehicle thank god! But horrible customer service they don’t greet u when you walk in or anything!
Well I’ll just say crooks my wife’s car got towed there on a Saturday morning I went to get it out and they are closed on weekends so they charged me overnight fees for when they are closed on weekends and I could have gotten it out the same day then after getting home my wife asked me where her portable CarPlay was I helped her look thru her car and it is now gone this place used to be decent
They're supposed to close at 5 but they won't release your vehicle after 4:45 so they're basically closed at that time
