Absolute best experience at an automotive shop I’ve had since living out here. Kerry/Cary (idk the spelling lol) got me in same day and fixed my belt, pulley and gave me a safety/emissions for an amazing price. He was honest, knowledgeable and so friendly! I am a customer for life and will bring my Chevy Truck here for all my needs. Thank you for everything!!
Kerry (owner) was absolutely amazing! There are only two places I know of that have this level of expertise and customer service in the St Louis area. Xperienced Auto in Imperial, and Rob's Auto in Ballwin. But Xperienced Auto has a lot more capability for rebuilds and trailers. I needed new tires on a trailer I just bought - the old tires had dry rot and I didn't trust them to get far. Best auto shop experience I’ve had so far! Called the day prior to get oil change, windshield wiper hose fixed and both headlight bulbs replaced with a tire rotation. Had it in at 8am got it back by 5pm same day. Was also really sincere about making sure I got the right fix and didn’t overpay for anything unnecessary. 10/10 recommend .
