One of guys that work there has a bad attitude, unprofessional and rude. They do a awful job of uninstalling the interlock they don't remove the wires that they install like they should. And if you call to complain he hangs up on you. I don't recommend this place at all. Also they use foul language. Around the customers .
I love the guys who work there! Always friendly and smiling! They make it easy to have an interlock.
Ken is awesome to work with, he will listen and then explain in detail. No up selling just honest and true to his word!!! We have been referring him to everyone that is in the market for GOOD HONEST automotive repairs!
Ken is one who will give you his honest opinion of the job that is needed. He is one who does not add on the extras and the unnecessary. He has been able to find what other mechanics have not been able to find. He gets to the "Root of the Problem". If the problem continues to exist after service, just take it back.
