Paid for a unit, hauled my stuff to here then I find my assigned unit is still locked and there is no one on site and no one over the phone answering to resolve this matter. Wasted my day off along with cost of trailer rental. Shame on you.
Gotten better with communication. Had a rough patch in the beginning but getting better.
I have tried paying my storage unit for the last 2 months and it won't let me and I can't get ahold of a person and I am not sure if I will get me stuff back and there's thousands of dollars worth of stuff and I can't replace all of that because they don't know how to get ahold of people
*WARNING* DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! This place was so disgusting and unkempt that we decided not to move in. We were supposed to get a refund and they never gave our money back! And they have continued to charge us for the past 3 months! I’ve called numerous times and no answer! We finally had to put a stop payment and get a new bank card. And now filing with small claims court.
Been having issues since day one. Can’t ever answer a call. Or return it.
