Just 6 months of training with Robert at XP has left me feeling stronger and more balanced than 12 years of lifting solo. Not only are the workouts fresh, challenging, and engaging, but you get to experience them alongside the amazing community Robert has built. Joining XP has truly been the highlight of my year. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive environment that will 100% challenge you to be your best self!
I’ve been at XP for a year. I’ve seen more (positive) changes in my body than any other gym I’ve been with! Robert is a wonderful coach. Best part is if you have injuries or other old people issues 🥹 he modifies so you can keep working out and don’t lose your strength gains!
I joined Robert’s a little over a year ago, and All I can say is wow!I cannot say enough good things. My physique has changed dramatically in middle age which I did not think would be possible! He is always there to demonstrate skills, techniques, and to make sure you’re doing things right so you don’t get injured. He’s an outstanding coach and teacher. Gives great advice in regards to meal plans and how to take care of your body outside of the gym as well.
