I went to XOXO for my 1:00 appointment to find the store permanently closed, empty with "For Lease" signs on the building windows. Based on the previous reviews, I'm not suprosed.
Don't do it! While you're received with a warm welcome, greeted with champagne, cheese & crackers, they will take your money and run. They will promise the world, to make your wedding dress dreams come true, and not deliver. I implore you to not use this shop for your wedding dress needs, and for the ladies who have already given them money, good luck. You won't be getting your dress or your money back.
Pearl Bridal AZ confirmed my dress will be ready a month before my wedding. They handed my dress 2 days before my wedding without alterations. Stress on top of stress. I saw Erica a the alterations place where they sent me (because they charged for alterations but didn’t take care of them) and told her how upset I was at this service and she answer “oh well, you have your dress”.
