I love Xotic tan. They have great service every time I've been there. They have new and quality equipment, with a knowledgeable and helpful staff. They are always honest with me about what products and services are good vs a waste of money. They DID have a really great swimwear line (ed hardy, and other expensive yet gorgeous brands), but have recently switched to something that looks closer to what you'd find at Wal-Mart. I love this place. They have the best tanning beds in the country. Their swimsuits are top notch. As for the lady who was charged twice, it was a mistake. People make them all the time. I'm pretty sure if she would have went about it how the owner tried the first time she would have her money. I received the best service and I got my moneys worth. Love this place.
