Shannon was great and these were the best lash extensions I've gotten to date. I don't always wear them so I don't have a "go-to" place before, but I think I do now!

HORRIBLE customer service. Made an appointment. Shannon from ColorMark texts me at 10:30PM and cancels the appt for the next morning. Made another appointment. Shannon once again cancels 1.5 hrs before the appointment via text. There is NO professionalism whatsoever. If they can't conduct themselves professionally, I can only imagine the care in their services.
This place has HORRIBLE customer service! I've booked twice with Shannon. 1st time she texted me at 10:30PM and said she had to cancel for the next day. Then, 1.5 hrs. before my rescheduled tan, I get a text indicating she has to cancel AGAIN and would it be possible to move it to another day. Never a professional phone call. This is too much.
