We had a great experience here. The house is beautiful, with a modern kitchen, three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a spacious living room/dining area that is tastefully and comfortably furnished under a vaulted ceiling. It's a short walk to the ferry, stores, and the beach. We loved the pool and hot tub as well as the outdoor shower. The outdoor space is spectacular, with lush and vibrant greenery, a nice sized barbecue grill, and privacy fencing. We stayed at Xochimilco every season now for four years. We love the place which is equipped with everything from plenty of linens and towels to a Sonos system throughout the property. The house is also nicely decorated and we love the garden and the heated pool and hot-tub. Fred & Ken are very attentive hosts, responsive and always available.
