XO did a nice installation in our new home. The windows are nice quality considering that they are a value type window. Yes you can get much better windows but they cosy 5x as much. For the price point the MI Windows are great and the installers are very good. Thanks
My husband & I closed on a new home in Tucson almost 3 months ago, to find that we had 2 screens that were bowed out and not fitting the windows properly, and 8 scratched windows that this window company installed. This company installs ********* Windows. After several visits to inspect the window scratches, the builder finally agreed to replace 5 of the 8 scratched windows, despite the Window company refusing to pay for them. I bought a brand new home less than a year ago. This is the first time that it's been really windy and it blew off somehow last week. Someone was working on the house next door for closing that they are building, and they were by so put it in again. At the time it looked like the screen which is new was really shoddy on the lower corner and part of it is separating, and the metal hinge keeping it in is bent.
