My daughter booked this appointment solely based on the work of a stylist on her Instagram. She paid the booking fee all on her own. There was no address in the young lady's bio, as we found out later she was transitioning to this salon less than a week prior...my daughter was told she would receive an email of the address which happened to be the address of the previous salon. @itss.niyahh_ This lady was supposed to do my hair. I scheduled my appointment July 25th. She sent me the address. So I went to that location and she was no longer working there fired/quit. I have no clue. She didn’t communicate that with me. Mind you she got a new location a week before my appointment. She said she emailed me the location. I had to wait 45 minutes for my scheduled appointment and was only seen when I said something about it. For a wash and flat iron I spent 6 hours there, total time spent on my hair was about 1 1/2 hours. Stacey did my hair and 4 days later it started falling out. I reached out to her and she told me to get a protein treatment, and that it had nothing to do with what she did.
