I went to this Salon today. Anna made a poor color choice. She gave me a bad demi permant color. I told her I wasn't satisfied. She denied it was bad. She is self assured and always right. She did nothing to try to lighten it up. She criticized my hair the whole time. Then she was like "what do you want me to do about it" in a very uncaring way. This was the worst demi permant color I've ever had!! All Anna knows is dark black hair dye. I hope she is happy running her Salon poorly. I paid the bill and stupidly tipped her. Sh... read more
Love the XO Salon so much! I have been going to Lori Rillo for almost 20 years and I would follow her until the end of the earth! For three years, I lived in the Beverly Hills area (the beauty capitol of the US) and I still flew home every three months, so Lori could do my color and cut!
