I went to this Salon today. Anna made a poor color choice. She gave me a bad demi permant color. I told her I wasn't satisfied. She denied it was bad. She is self assured and always right. She did nothing to try to lighten it up. She criticized my hair the whole time. Then she was like "what do you want me to do about it" in a very uncaring way. This was the worst demi permant color I've ever had!! All Anna knows is dark black hair dye. I hope she is happy running her Salon poorly. I paid the bill and stupidly tipped her. Sh... read more

XO Salon is the place to go! I would not go anywhere else but here. Clean, professional, and a fun environment. Lori and the other clients are wonderful! Highly recommend ❤️
