Every time I go there they give me good service and everyone does beautiful nails.
I’m finally going to speak up because these people damaged my nails and a month later they’re still damaged. This place traumatized me so bad. I wanted to love it cause it’s right next to my house but instead I’m scared to ever try to get my nails done again. I went about a month ago asking for acrylic set, the older lady kept pushing for gel x I kept saying no and I want acrylic, we sat down and she just started doing gel x, when I told her they were crooked and the shape wasn’t right she got so offended. I always strive to give each place an opportunity to make a positive impression regarding their service. Despite my efforts to be understanding, my recent experience has left me quite disappointed. Teresa, the lady doing my pedicure, was amazing and wanted to offer me a complimentary cuticle oil bottle, which they usually provide to customers for free.
