Horrific experience as a birthday gift. Nail tech messed up horribly and they tell me that I don't like it. Even though, there are air bubbles everywhere, scratches under the top coat, and missing spots. They try to pin it on me. A nightmare of an experience. I'll start with saying that visually, I am just a large masculine man. Which is why I wanted to feel pretty and get my nails done. I’ve been coming here for dip manis for over 3 years and they’re friendly and do a phenomenal job. The experience is consistent regardless of the tech and I find that their clientele ranges in age, which is generally a good sign - they can keep up with the latest trends AND offer a quality manicure.
I always feel so welcomed and fantastic service here, the nail art is more than I can expect, so fabulous, creative and so far 3 weeks still stay solid in my nails 👏
