If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service was extremely rude, and they make their prices on the spot. What was even more concerning was hearing the staff speak negatively about me in their language. I used Google Translate to understand what they were saying and heard, “Charge her extra, she looks like she has money.” Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. Never returning to this place never again.

I used to enjoy coming here, but today I won’t come back, very disappointing they keep changing prices and polices and I don’t mind paying but today from the chair I was sitting on it was dirty and had oil stains, my pants were and gout stained I told the lady at the desk “look what happened to my pants from the chair” she said oh why would you put your feet there! It’s a chair where else am I supposed to put my feet, that stains went all over my my white alo pants and my hands when I tried to show her the stains. She saw th... read more
