I have been going to this salon for almost a year because it is close to where I live. The nails are fine, but the service is sometimes poor, and they clearly lack staff. I had an appointment on a Sunday at 11 a.m. I arrived and there was only one guy at the reception desk who told me to come in and sit down because someone would be with me shortly. Great service love my nails. Pedicure was great. Staff is always friendly. Atmosphere is relaxing and very clean. Love this place.
I had an appointment scheduled and waited 40 minutes past my appointment time while they planned to take a walk in before me who wanted an elaborate design. This is the second time I have had an appointment that was not honored... The first time I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time before I even got sat to remove my old dip powder. Everyone was friendly and funny! Ryan is very talented, and did a wonderful job on my nails. I gave him a photo for motivation and he figured out how to create it. It was my first time there, I definitely will be returning. Thank you guys so much! ☺️🥰
