I've been with XO since the very beginning when it was just Ash and one other stylist in a small studio room. That was in middle school and now I'm 21 and have gone there for every single one of my hair appointments since. It makes me so happy to see they've grown so much and I trust every stylist out on Ash's floor. They're all such talented people and I always leave feeling good about my hair. Definitely recommend this salon !!

Special did an amazing job on my undercut! This is the second time i’ve seen her for my undercut and I am not disappointed! I’m so glad I found her!

The staff is awesome and the salon is so clean. I absolutely love my Hair Stylist. Her name is Special and she does an amazing job 😊 They get you in and remind you of your appointment ahead of time.

I have like 4 hair tones and being active duty with hair regulations I am allowed to color it if it looks natural. I've never seen natural hair look like this. I was originally told I could go dirty blonde at the least and got a weird platinum with blonde shades...I wanted ash blonde only. Currently going to wear covers until I can ATTEMPT to unf***k this expensive mess with the help of Amazon. I loved what the back looked like though and my stylist was super quick and organized.
