Xavier really knows his stuff!! He takes the time to explain what he’s doing & gives options to fix the problems. He’s always on time, friendly, and professional. I trust him with my plumbing issues!
Xavier did an outstanding job fixing our leaking shower - he knew exactly what needed to be done, arranged a follow up appointment to perform the repair once he received the necessary parts, showed up on time and did a flawless job. Their prices are reasonable and Xavier is a true professional. I told him I would keep XM on speed dial for any other repairs I might need, and I meant it.
Xavier did an amazing job when we had a toilet leak at the beginning of the summer. We talked about replacing a faucet, but we needed to recover from the cost of the leak. Well, one of the faucets fell off. When we ordered new ones through Lowes, we paid them to install it. After two trips, their plumber abandoned the job, saying they couldn’t do the job without ruining our vanity and leaving us with unusable sinks. We called Xavier and he came out the next day. Fast response and even quicker repair/replacement. Had a toilet that wouldn’t flush completely, had XMPlumbing come out and take a look. They provided me options on repair or replace, and further provided options on the replacement toilet. Scheduling the replacement was same day and job was completely quickly and without issue. Would recommend and use again!
