I started going to XLR8 the start of my Senior year and I’m so glad I did! Ben is a great coach and pushed me harder than I have ever been pushed before. He knows what he’s doing likes to have fun and loves to see his athletes improve. I only went to him for 6 months and the training plan he had me on as a 400 runner was great and I was able to pr multiple times so yes he does not just coach long distance! If you’re on the fence about Xlr8 I would definitely give it a try it’s worth it!
