My daughter has been working with Ben for about one year and I’m closely involved with both her training and racing program. Her progress under XLR8’s program has been remarkable. Coach Tilus has been a great coach to learn from and has provided a lot of change and great new ways to think about the sport to runners and coach! He has helped me grow alot. Always excited to see what xlr8 is doing and what great things they have next !
Coach Tilus and his XLR8 team are amazing. They work with the athlete and family through this whole process. Coach Tilus is very responsive to questions, concerns, and to his athletes. I highly recommend anyone looking for a private running coach to seek out Coach Tilus and XLR8.
