XLNT Built lives up to their name. They do excellent work—top-notch quality with a hardworking, diligent crew. They made sure we were completely happy with the final result before wrapping up. Special kudos to Bill, who is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly a seasoned expert when it comes to roofing. Few names of companies fit what they do or how they do their job, but XLINT BUILT certainly does for a number of reasons. This company rescued me from another company that was doing a terrible and slow job. Bill, the owner, had specified what to expect and when on his contract. Plus, he didn't change the figures his lead worker, Miguel, had crunched out for labor and the time it would take to finish. Although, I thought the price was a bit much, I signed the contract. I have been looking for a contractor to do my roof for months and found XLNT BUILT INC. I was pleased with Bill. He was very knowledgeable of his product. Happy to answer all my questions and I had his company perform my roof replacement, and it went smooth as it could have. There was no delays. The job got completed and inspected under a weeks time. Overall very pleased with the professionalism and the cleanliness and the timeframe. Thanks bill

Very Knowledgeable! We are extremely satisfied and grateful for all the advice we received from Bill. Thank you, Bill. I had no idea that the home owners insurance would cover pretty much all of the costs for our roof replacement project ($20K+). Thanks to Bill, we were able to get our roof repairs completed in a timely manner (right before Hilary..) and without any disruption to our work schedules. We highly recommend Bill and his team!
