They promised “premium detailing,” but honestly, I’ve seen better results from a bucket of Maccas napkins and a garden hose. The customer service was just as bad—zero communication, late to the job, and acted like I was the problem for expecting basic quality.
Exterior was still dirty in several areas, there were streaks all over the windows, and the rims hadn’t been properly cleaned at all. The interior was just as bad, dust left on the dashboard, crumbs still in the seats, and it didn’t even smell fresh.
Great customer service and did a top-quality job detailing of my car. His attention to detail and convenience is amazing.
