It’s the first and last time I use XLI. Not recommended, no professional manner and customer service at all. The first time I experienced that customer needs to pay for custom Sample Check inspection fee, which is not covered in their service. If it’s your company rule, better tell your customers before they choose your service. Rather than shirk responsibility and blame on your customer, what a joke!
