I've have 2 of their Patrol S-7's and, the, Shadow rollator. For the past ten years or so. They've been the most stable, supportive rollators available. Only had to replace the rear wheel assembly on two of them just because I wore out the tires on the rear. Choosing to purchase the, slow-down brake attachments for the rearwheels was the best decision ever. This one was used for ìoutside while on trails, walk paths and on hills too. Our new Z51 is obviously junk.Very dangerous construction, including unsafe foot supports and weak brakes suitable for 100 pound individuals.

Excellent product very well made. Easy to fold, rolls smoothly. Some of the accessories are a bit hard to put on.turns easily. Excellent customer service
