Called and scheduled a chimney cap to be put on. It had blown off. They quoted me 175 which I felt was high. But was happy to pay to have it done. They gave me 4 hour window. I called out of work to stay home. They get here and take their ladder down. Well this company didn’t even bring a long enough ladder. How does one not have tools to perform their profession. Everyone that I worked with at XL Services was polite and friendly. They communicated well about scheduling and were on time. I also needed some extra repairs and they completed the job ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend XL Services.
