The customer service at XL is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The employees have no customer service skills, treat clients poorly and disrespectfully, and lack the energy to discuss sales or inventory. I called them at 4 PM on a Saturday to ask for a headlight, and they acted like they had never heard of it and didn’t know what a headlight was. An older Hispanic woman who works there has the worst attitude. Please stop supporting a business run by people who are ungrateful and don’t value their customers.
