So many people I know end up having issues with the larger companies, but we had no issues with XL Homes. Dan was great to work with from start to finish. A year after we had bought our house, Dan was even able to get us the same siding our house had for our garage project and some additional flooring so we could remove some carpet.

We regret buying from XL homes, the wind blew through the house all winter, xl came out and did a very poor job of adjusting the doors, we still have cracks in the drywall, the counter tops started to peel up, so after all of this, no communication after the complaints and no response, we replaced the counter tops, and all the windows and doors. After just one conversation with Dan, we knew we wanted to work with him. We chose the basic home design, which he edited (with patience) so we could squeeze everything in. This also included the layout the garage and breezeway. Plus, lining up the contractors both. Once we were in our home, Dan remained helpful, going above and beyond. Brandi is also incredibly helpful. Could not have asked for better people to work with.
