Can count on them to NOT help you when you need it. It was simple to join, they took my money with out a problem. But, anytime I need to make a change to one of my family member's accounts, no one is available except during working hours. So, to make changes, I have to take time off of work. It was easier to join than to make any changes. All they are interested in is your money, they don't care if it's convenient for you. There is never a manager available when you need one.
