Over a week overdue, and still no parcel. I called, and XL Express assured me it would arrive Monday. By Wednesday, it still hadn’t arrived, and when I called again, they had no explanation—just another promise for delivery that day. At 4:45 PM, I checked in once more, and they guaranteed it would be there by 5:00 PM. Still nothing. Maybe Thursday? I feel bad for any retailer that trusts this company to uphold their reputation and deliver their products reliably.

Also have not received my parcel…have called twice and will call again tomorrow. They have also tried to tell me it’s been delivered…am so upset! Why is it so hard, guys?
