I had an extremely disappointing experience at this medical office. The level of professionalism from both the office staff and the PA was unacceptable. The office appeared disorganized, communication was poor, and there was little respect for patients’ time or concerns. The PA (Patrick) was dismissive, rushed through the appointment, and did not take adequate time to properly listen or evaluate my medical issues.
