Dr. Chen is a very caring physician. My son Chris is physically disabled, and Dr. Chen took over his care, with wonderful results. She started necessary medications and made appropriate referrals to specialists. One time she got on the phone and was able get him into a vascular specialist at a nearby location within within 30 minutes, at closing time! She has responded quickly to MyChart communications as well. We drive from Tacoma, that's how special she is. Thank you Dr. Chen.
Dr Chen is not willing to help patients take a mental health leave of absence from work. She WAS my primary care doctor but will be looking for a new DR. Glad to see that she could care less in a mental health emergency.
