Dr. Chen was great! I saw her in May 2024. She listened carefully, never made me feel rushed, helped me with a referral and a prescription, and provided feedback to all my blood results in the Mount Sinai / My Chart app promptly. I would still be seeing Dr. Chen but she has left the Mount Sinai location in Astoria, likely because the hospital is a staffing and administrative nightmare (but that is just my speculation).
