Went there as a guest. Clean. Bonus was the spa.
Bright and clean gym with most of the weights you need for a good workout. Good layout. Large shower rooms. Well staffed.
Great price, clean, equipment, and people. If something breaks or gets re surfaced its fixed fast. Sauna always works. Great gym!
I received a free training session. I asked for cardio and was shown 2 exercises... squats and good mornings. I was already doing both for over a year. The stretching was not done but promised sometime in the future. I'm probably staying with planet fitness and the ymca. Don't go here. I'm not.
