With pre-check in and payment I was seen within 2 minutes of arrival. Dr. Tan was very congenial, and we discussed possibilities and my unease with the idea of surgery. He was very understanding.
Dr. Tan was a very cordial physician while being professional and competent. He walked me through my medical issue and the treatment to reduce symptoms and then through the successful surgery. I really appreciated his knowledge and human care he showed me.
Excellent doctor very transparent and honest.
Houston Methodist, doctors and staff are the absolute best. I would give them a 10 if I could.
