Thank You Dr. Tan for saving my kidney. I had to go to the ER twice for a very painful kidney stone. I saw Dr. Tan the second time and he explained the stone was stuck and too painful to pass naturally. Dr. Tan acted quickly to break up stone with laser without surgery. This was the worst pain ever and Dr. Tan made me feel better. I believe any delays in having this procedure would have destroyed my kidney. Thank You Dr Tan for acting quickly during the holidays.
Tried over and over by calling to schedule for surgery for a month at least after we decided to go that way! Even Left a message on my chart! Always said they would have someone get back with us - we finally gave up and went somewhere else! Nice doctor though!
Worst Dr I have ever dealt with. Would not listen to my main health issue. Stay away.... will not listen to patients concerns
Not a professional establishment tucked away in a random hallway. I couldn’t find the office. Text reminder said suite 400 but then the had to give me directions to the real location. I was 2 minutes late for my appointment because of that. Since it was the end of the day, they front desk said the doctor couldn’t see me. They weren’t helpful or professional. And then tried to reschedule me for almost a month out after I drove 45 minutes to get there. Definitely would recommend anywhere else.
Got lost and trying to call his office for direction was put on hold for 10mins by the time someone answered and gave me direction I all used up even my 15mins grace period.. I have to take off from work just to get this appointment but all for nothing and now have to wait for 3 more weeks for the next appointment.
