As parents of a 13-year-old football player, it was really important for us to find the right strength and conditioning coach after our son dealt with a few injuries that affected his seasons and performance. Working with Coach Andrew has honestly been one of the best decisions we’ve made for him. Right away, we could tell how knowledgeable and detail-oriented he was. Coach Andrew is an amazing coach. I’ve been training with I’m for over four years now and during that time I’ve seen tremendous growth not only in my strength and technique, but also in my confidence as an athlete. Coach Andrew knows exactly how to tailor training to help each athlete reach their potential. Coach Andrew genuinely cares about his athletes. He’s been patient and supportive with my training and is always willing to go the extra mile to help me improve. I’m extremely grateful for everything I’ve learned from him... read more

I started training at xios 2 years ago and have been very pleased with my results. Coach Andrew is very supportive with all the athletes in the gym and always prioritizes making them better. I encourage any young athlete to start training at xios due to the progress and environment the gym provides to everyone.

In addition to physical benefits, Earl also enjoys training with other athletes around his age and appears more confident on the court! Thanks to Coach Andrew and his dedicated staff! I highly ... read more

The staff is very welcoming and warm every time I come, which I appreciate. Coach Andrew is very professional and very patient with me since I don't know alot about lifting. Everyone from staff and other gym members make me feel like family I never felt like I was being judged or look down-on. So if you are looking for a gym to get your lift on this is definitely the one #gilroystrong #supportlocalbusiness
