Our primary care physician is retiring so we are new patients of Dr. Ortega. We are delighted that we made the move. Dr. Ortega has impressive credentials. We were impressed that she had familiarized herself with the information we uploaded to her prior to our meeting. She asked questions and wrote down the answers and comments. Always a great experience with Dr. Ortega. She always takes the time to really listen to me and never rushes me through an appointment - she looks at me when she speaks. Always feel very valued and important when there. Also always efficient with the entire time from check in to check out. Very friendly
