The office staff is very efficient and they are very nice and respectful. Dr Ramirez is excellent, she worries about you as a person and amicable.

Dr. Ortega is a caring and knowledgeable physician. I was recommended to her by Dr. Ritter and have been very happy as her patient. There is never a wait and she takes the time to answer all my questions, is encouraging and helps set up a plan for the future. Love my Doctor hate the system that she works for, healthcare is nothing like it use to. Baycare has become mediocre care.
She’s amazing, she listened carefully for all my problems, answered my questions and the check up was good, I felt comfortable and she explained me everything, it worth the time i waited for my appointment.
