Genuinely cares about his patients!! Always takes the time to review anything & everything, discuss any issues, and answer any questions! He has great bedside manner and wonderful instincts! Most importantly, he actually listens to his patients... especially if you feel something is off with your body - he doesn't dismiss you, he listens & assesses the concern. He is truly one of the best physicians I've ever encountered - as a caregiver, a former health dept employee, and a patient!
Dr Nan is extremely responsive and always follow up with any issues or questions with me on the phone even during off office hour.
Dr Nan is the absolute best oncologist! My appointments are quick because he comes in the room prepared with the relevant information for my care, he takes time to get to know his patients and remembers you from visit to visit. He's proactive to order tests I need in on time without me having to ask. Rx requests receive fast responses. All the infusion nurses prefer him, which tells you that he really is a great doctor to work with. No one wants to have an oncologist. But if you're going to need one, he's the one to have.
