So upsetting to say the least!! Why you ask? Well, I was turned away, after driving in the pouring rain, to make it to this appointment. There’s a 15 min grace time period thats given, and my appointment was for 9:20am. I was there at 9:38am. so 3 mins past the 15 allotted. I called ahead to explain that I was trapped in my apartment complex from a wreck at the entrance (only entrance), but that didn’t suffice.
