Friendly service
The reason I’m giving one star is because there’s no excuse for employees to be inside the store for 38 minutes after 11:00 AM without opening the doors. I watched one of the employees look directly at me and then proceed to make herself a drink around the 25-minute mark. During that time, I also saw her playing on her phone and pacing back and forth. The boba was great the first time we went, but we have gone back twice and both times the boba was not cooked in the middle. It’s quite pricy for a cup of boba, milk and sugar so I would expect the boba to be completely cooked.
Had a great experience, they recommended the matcha strawberry and it was AMAZING!! The two girls working yesterday morning were so nice and so fast! Will be going there again! :)
