I would not recommend this place. Been here a few times but my most recent experience has been the last straw. Once, the technician cut into my finger and it was bleeding. Most recently, lady took my booking, confirmed verbally on the phone, however when I arrived, I was told they were “too busy” and that I had to come back another day. Absolutely unprofessional.

If you’re thinking about getting your nails done here, DON’T. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was asked if I was happy with the nail shape, and when I politely said I wanted them a little rounder, she aggressively threw my hand down and said, “How round do you want it?” with a very rude attitude. I walked in with an inspiration photo on my phone, and she told me she could do it.
