Placed large to go order. Was missing items. Only way for me to get my order refunded for those items was to drive back to restaurant.
Give Jacob a raise! He is my favorite server and does a great job
My ramen was great! But my boyfriend ordered the shrimp tempura and it was very rubbery and not good at all. We told the worker they took it and then they charged us $12 dollars for not finishing the dish that was not edible( mind you it was only $8). Along with that the worker then asked for a bigger tip we should have left no tip. I have been here before and have never been treated like this!
