My partner had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at Xing Fang Asian Supermarket while collecting my Taobao parcels. When he gave the wrong pickup code at first, the woman at the counter was already being impatient and rude — no attempt to help, just attitude. But then the man working there made it even worse.
