Visit was great but getting the meds I was out of on day of visit still have not been refilled or sent to pharmacy 4 days later
If you are looking for a family or general doctor in the St Charles County area, she is at. I almost didn’t wanna write a review because it’s hard to get an appointment with her. She’s so busy but she’s very verydetail oriented. and she follows up quickly.
I had my first visit there for primary care recently. I was "diagnosed" with 6 different issues only two of which I had asked about (my hammer toes and potential lypoma). After the visit, I received a bill for $172 that did not detail any diagnosis but rather just said 6 diagnoses. I contacted the office via mychart, because it is impossible to get ahold of them by phone. They explained that it was not a normal visit given some of the concerns I had.
