Arrogance is one thing, but arrogance without the skill, consistency, and professionalism to back it up is another. Like many of the other reviews mention, Xiomena comes across as dismissive, unprofessional, and more interested in her own image than in providing quality client care. Xiomara is extremely unprofessional. Her arrogance and lack of consideration of customer concern and requests are beyond me. This place has high pricing for subpar service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Ximena is a 10/10! She does my lashes and worked with me to get the exact look that I want. As one of her “ older” clients, I can tell you that she is patient, kind and meticulous with her work. She’s so intelligent, skilled and takes great pride in making sure that you walk out completely satisfied with your beautiful lashes. Ximena is truly amazing at what she does. My lash extensions came out flawless—full, lightweight, and exactly what I wanted. She’s professional, detail-oriented, and makes the entire experience so comfortable. My lashes have lasted beautifully, and I get compliments nonstop. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for perfect lashes!
Ximena is . She really knows her stuff and did a phenomenal job at educating me on proper skincare. She also created a thorough but easy to follow skincare routine for me to follow and the results have been amazing thus far. I will definitely be back!
