Horrible doctor very dismissive and likes to establish that he knows a lot more than you and doesn’t give you the opportunity to speak or address your concerns. I ended up going to the er for a day and they found out I had two kidney stones 1 10mm and the other 6mm. They told me with due importance to contact liu (I will not even call him a doctor) and set up treatment immediately. Don't bother with Dr Liu. He spent less than 10 minutes with me and in the visit notes it says "45 minutes". LIES. He's taking in too many patients than he can handle, that's clearly what happened. I had an allergic reaction to the new medication he prescribed. I wrote him in the patient portal, i called his office, no reply. He simply does not care for his patients well being. Go somewhere else!
Excellent bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable and thorough, answered all my questions. I have heard very similar thoughts from friends and family who see him as well. I would absolutely recommend him.
As a nurse, I am particular which doctor my family goes to. Dr. Liu has been treating my husband and we are very happy with his care. Sometimes if a patient has a bad experience with a doctor, it may have something to do with the patients attitude. Remember, doctors are human . Not God!
