I don’t like complaining to others but I experienced a bad feeling at the doctor's office with the receptionist who has been working there for a long time and her attitude and manner are really not professional and patient. Dr. Kong is incredibly thorough and professional. I’ve been seeing him for diabetes and occasional chest discomfort, and I feel truly cared for. He looks at the whole picture—heart, digestion, even stress levels. The clinic also helped my father with joint pain and lung issues. It’s rare to find a clinic in NYC that combines such deep medical expertise with genuine warmth. Highly recommend!
I came here for an immigration medical exam and was impressed by how smooth and efficient the entire process was. Dr. Guo and Dr. Kong are both knowledgeable and compassionate. They took the time to answer all my questions and also helped me with some ongoing health concerns like high blood pressure and insomnia. Highly recommend this clinic for both immigration exams and comprehensive family care!
Bad service, especially blood test guy. they forced you to see her at least twice. The Dr GUO seems sleepy all the time, taking patients like animal. Nv gave back correct responses and wrote wrong my name and address on the official form. How can ppl trust such a lousy doctor.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had since the pandemic. I made an appointment at 9am and arrived at the building at 8:55am, but the door of the office was locked until 9:05 am, when a receptionist arrived and opened the door. A nurse tried 3 times on my left arm to take the blood, without apology but complained about my veins. After taking the blood, nurse let me wait to see the doctor.
